I am a New Hampshire native, was raised in Manchester and attended the University of New Hampshire where I graduated with my degree in Biochemistry. I went on to earn my medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 2001. My training next brought me to Cambridge, MA where I earned a master’s degree in public health from Harvard and trained in Internal Medicine at Harvard Medical School/ Cambridge Health Alliance. After residency, I joined our colleague, Dr. Lazar in the southwest working for the Indian Health Service. I then brought my passion for primary care to rural Utah where I learned how to balance my role as the only full-time female primary care provider in a small town where issues of rural living and privacy were paramount. I am delighted to bring my family of five back to the upper valley where I have been engaged in teaching Geisel School of Medicine students the “art” of medicine for the past three years.
