Dartmouth Health Connect is a Primary Care practice. We have combined doctors from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center with a brand new way of taking care of Dartmouth College employees and their adult family members. We aim to provide the best possible service and care for each patient, eliminating barriers and ensuring that patient confidentiality is maintained. Dartmouth Health Connect is managed by Iora Health, an independent Cambridge, Massachusetts based company.

Expect from us everything you would expect from your regular doctor: Physicals, vaccines, sick visits, prescriptions, and on-going care, but then…expect a bit more. We care about what happens between each office visit, and we will work with you to help you meet your health goals. After you've shared your goals with us we can help you by consulting with your other doctors, scheduling tests, talking to your pharmacist, and staying in close contact with you to help you achieve those goals.

At Dartmouth Health Connect, our practice has been designed from the ground up to clear the barriers that make current health care experiences frustrating and difficult. We work to stay connected with you and provide easy access to a care team that gets to know each patient well. We are available by phone, email and in-person and look forward to meeting you.
